Hire Lynton Town Hall

For the Jubilee Room & Council Chamber - you can hire by the hour. Which, at just £15 per hour, makes for a very afforable choice!

For the Main Hall or use of the whole Town Hall, you can hire hourly or for full days (9am to 11pm). Rates depend on how long you would like to book for, with a discount for multiple sessions per month - please get in touch for a personalised quote. 

 

*Discounted rates are also available for residents with an EX35 6 postcode, again just get in touch for full details.

Please factor in sufficient time to set up & clear down. For large events, many people hire from 1pm the day before & until 1pm the following day.

• Accessibility

​

There is a grand staircase leading up to the main hall. Fully accessible & flat access is at the side of the building, with a lift up to the main hall.

• Parking

​

Parking for up to 25 cars may be available (we can confirm when you enquire) and there is a large public car park just opposite.

• Catering

​

We do not offer a catering service but you are very welcome to bring in outside caterers to use the Town Hall facilities. Please note no food or drink is permitted in the Council Chamber, due it's historic architecture, but an area in the foyer can be made available for you.

• Booking Conditions

 

We request a 50% non-refundable deposit when you book, with the remaining balance then due 30 days before your event. Full T&Cs will be provided when you enquire.
